Hemodialysis RN Career Opportunity:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Hemodialysis Registered Nurse to provide essential care to dialysis patients in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role focuses on delivering personalized, compassionate care while utilizing advanced dialysis technology and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis
• Supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns
• Building rewarding relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to aid in recovery
• Educating nursing staff on hemodialysis patient care, equipment, and standards of care

• Current RN license required by state regulations
• CPR certification
• ACLS certification within one year of hire
• CRRN certification preferred (will assist with obtaining if not held)
• At least 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting
