Department Manager - Southside

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly and manage department operations (Guest Service, Kitchen, People) to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.;
Train service staff and supervise Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for best service.;
Ensure great quality and safety of food, manage food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.;
Hire, train, and schedule Crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; motivate staff.;
Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
