Key Responsibilities:- Control labor, food, and cash according to established procedures
- Develop team members to enhance performance and earnings
- Complete daily inventories and sales reports
- Conduct drawer counts and manage deposits
- Experience in breakfast and drive‑thru operations is a plus
- Understand that your success is tied to the success of your team
- 1+ year of experience managing a team (preferred)
- Strong customer service mindset
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Work authorization in the United States is required
