Ensures club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed; informing members when products are unavailable; offering alternatives; ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup;
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assisting with purchasing decisions; processing purchases; assisting with payments; utilizing cash registers; locating and organizing merchandise; zoning designated areas; resolving issues; promoting products and services;
Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps; following procedures for handling merchandise; reporting unsafe situations;
Organizes and maintains availability of carts/flatbeds; assists members with transporting items; maintaining parking lot cleanliness;
Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers; prioritizing, communicating progress, and adapting to change.
