What You’ll Do
- Provides member service.
- Maintains the checkout area.
- Resolves member issues and concerns.
- Promotes Sam’s Club products and services.
- Provides guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology.
- Processes member purchases.
- Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies for different membership and payment types.
- Follows company safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps.
- Follows proper procedures for handling merchandise.
- Corrects and reports unsafe situations to facility management.
- Maintains entrance areas and assists members with purchasing decisions.
- Locates merchandise, promotes the company’s products and services, zones the area, arranges and organizes merchandise, assists members with transporting items, and maintains a safe shopping environment.
- Maintains exit areas, reviews member receipts, acknowledges the member and identifies member needs, and ensures compliance with security and safety practices.
- Assists with the training of Member Frontline Services associates, teaches new technology, and delivers new program rollout training.
- Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with company policies by handling returns, arranging merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing related action plans and applying these to business processes and practices.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, resources, collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners.
