• Ensure high-quality products are taken care of and available for members.
• Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area in accordance with company policies and procedures by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise appropriately, completing audits, paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to the freezer/cooler area by complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following Cold Chain procedures when stocking merchandise; cleaning the freezer/cooler/deli area; monitoring freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors; and reporting issues to management.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00.
(The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)
