Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through a smooth and engaging car-buying experience by:

Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the perfect vehicle
Providing expert knowledge on vehicle features, technology, and benefits
Executing the sales process from test drives to financing, ensuring a seamless experience
Developing a strong pipeline by following up with leads, setting appointments, and maintaining client relationships
Achieving and exceeding sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

We're seeking passionate and motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• Automotive sales experience (preferred but not required)

• A track record of success in customer service or sales

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude

• Tech-savviness & familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Office knowledge a plus)

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
