Axia Residential is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first impression of the community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process while helping maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. Successful Leasing Consultants combine strong sales skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping people find a place to call home.

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong prospect pipeline
• Convert prospects into residents through effective sales and closing techniques
• Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate move-ins
• Assist with resident retention and renewal efforts
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records within property management software
• Participate in marketing and outreach initiatives to drive traffic and occupancy
• Support community events and resident engagement activities

• Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required
