Summary of Duties

Must be currently located in Georgia or South Carolina!

We are seeking a self-motivated, customer focused, and reliable Account Manager to oversee and maintain strong client relationships in Georgia and South Carolina. This role requires frequent overnight travel and offers a company vehicle and company credit card for business‑related expenses. The ideal candidate will be professional, proficient with computers, capable of working independently, and confident addressing client concerns.

Education
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience
Skills & Experience
  • Ability to travel routinely overnight is required.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.
  • Must be able to easily create Pivot Tables in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Essential Functions
  • Travel regularly overnight to create and maintain client relationships in Georgia and South Carolina.
  • Conduct regular client visits to build and strengthen relationships and ensure service excellence.
  • Address, elevate, and assist with resolving facility‑related concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize computer systems effectively for account management and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate reports, records, and activity tracking within company systems in a timely manner.
  • Work independently while remaining professional, flexible, organized, and proactive.
Physical Demands
  • Sitting & Standing:
    Extended periods of sitting while driving or working on a computer, with frequent standing and walking during client visits.
  • Travel:
    Frequent travel throughout Georgia and South Carolina including overnight stays.
  • Lifting & Carrying:
    Occasionally lifting and carrying materials, marketing supplies, laptops, and equipment up to 20 pounds.
