The Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to meet or exceed actualized revenue goals for assigned markets, conduct personal sales calls, site visits, prospecting calls, and attend industry functions and trade shows.
Qualifications:- Computer competency required-- basic knowledge of computer and ability to learn new technology and applications
- Must be a curious minded, critical thinker and have strong attention to detail--analytical and project management skills are required
- Must be a problem solver and be adaptable to change
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort and confidence in communicating via phone and email
- Must have strong leadership skills and be an enthusiastic team player
- Excellent listening skills
- Aggressive, self-motivated work habits--must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
