Head of Sales

ALPLA Inc., a global leader in sustainable plastic packaging, is seeking a Head of Sales to drive revenue growth across North America. You will own the commercial strategy for key food, beverage, personal care, and industrial customers, leading regional and key account teams to achieve ambitious growth and margin goals. Partner closely with operations, engineering, and product teams to deliver innovative, sustainable packaging solutions.

This role offers global exposure, leadership impact, and growth in a collaborative, safety- and quality-focused manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute North American sales strategy for plastic packaging solutions
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing regional and key account sales team
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and prospects
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and product teams on customer solutions
• Analyze markets, pricing, and margins to meet revenue and profitability targets
• Forecast sales, manage budgets, and report performance to senior leadership
• Drive new business development in food, beverage, personal care, and industrial sectors
• Ensure CRM discipline, accurate pipeline management, and data-driven decision-making
• Represent ALPLA at industry events, trade shows, and customer presentations
• Champion safety, sustainability, and ALPLA's culture across the sales organization
