What You'll Do

• Quote and sell auto, home, and other insurance products
• Follow up with inbound leads and prospects
• Identify client needs and recommend the right coverage
• Build relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, or customer service)
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
