Security Solutions of America is seeking a high‑caliber Security Supervisor to take command of security operations at a high‑volume logistics center in McDonough, GA. This isn’t just a post; it’s an opportunity to manage a critical access control point, lead a dedicated team, and ensure the seamless flow of a multi‑million dollar supply chain.

We are looking for a leader who masters the balance between strict protocol enforcement and executive‑level customer service.

• Access Control Leadership:
  Oversee the gate house and verify credentials for all incoming/outgoing freight, ensuring zero unauthorized entries.
• Logistics Coordination:
  Act as the bridge between security and logistics staff—manage dock appointments and direct traffic flow to prevent bottlenecks.
• Surveillance Oversight:
  Monitor CCTVs and utilize technology to identify vulnerabilities before they become incidents.
• Team Command:
  Conduct patrols, enforce safety compliance, and ensure your team adheres to the highest standards of the Security Solutions brand.
• Critical Reporting:
  Manage detailed logs and incident reports that provide the client with 100% transparency of site activity.

• Pay Rate: $19.00 – $21.00 Per Hour
• Job Type: Full‑Time
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (consistent professional hours)

• Experience:
  
  Proven track record in security supervision, logistics security, or military/law enforcement preferred.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Advanced familiarity with CCTV systems, gate software, and computer reporting.
• Command Presence:
  Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive during high‑traffic periods or emergency situations.
• Reliability:
  Must have a personal vehicle for commuting to McDonough, GA.
• Compliance:
  Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
