Provide customer service by following site-specific procedures, assisting visitors and staff, and supporting security-related screening activities at a retail location.;
Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal items in accordance with site guidelines, and report prohibited items, unusual activity, and/or policy concerns to site leadership.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns and contacting appropriate personnel when needed.;
Monitor entry points and high-traffic areas to help support authorized access, manage visitor flow, and address questions in a professional manner.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by location.
