You will remain visible, help to deter security‑related incidents, and assist with routine observation duties. Guided by our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity, you will play an important role in daily operations.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Tue 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM;
Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM;
Thu 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do
  • Provide customer service by carrying out site‑specific screening procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.
  • Screen visitors, employees, and/or vendors entering designated areas in accordance with post orders and location protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and report details to site leadership as appropriate.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and high‑traffic areas to help support security‑related operations and help to deter unauthorized access.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as assigned, while observing conditions and reporting concerns in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
  • Loss Prevention experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
