Overview:
This is an overnight position focused on leading our power washing team.

At Walmart, we're seeking a dedicated Lead Technician, Facility Services, Exterior Services to join our team. In this role, you'll lead a team of exterior service technicians, working in partnership to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces, fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.

• Lead a team of exterior service technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a safe and clean environment for customers and associates.
• Maintain exterior spaces with expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance.
• Utilize technology (phones, tablets, laptops) for work order management and record-keeping.
• Perform landscaping tasks such as cutting grass and weed management, with or without specialized equipment.
• Support adherence to company policies, procedures, ethics, integrity, and safety standards.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial landscaping/exterior building maintenance and leading teams.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to facilitate on-the-job training on processes, equipment usage, and asset safety practices to ensure an injury-free working environment.
• Proficiency with technology for work order management and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of planting, pruning techniques, and pest/disease management through chemical applications.
• Experience in commercial exterior maintenance including irrigation, pressure washing, and exterior building/grounds maintenance.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to troubleshoot and prioritize work.
• Commitment to upholding company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics, integrity, and safety.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent is required.
