We are seeking a skilled and dependable Make Ready Technician to help prepare apartment homes for new residents. What You'll Do

As a Make Ready Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring vacant apartment homes are turned quickly and efficiently while meeting company quality standards.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Prepare vacant apartment homes for new move‑ins by completing all make‑ready tasks in a timely manner.
  • Perform painting, drywall repairs, touch‑ups, cleaning, and minor carpentry work.
  • Complete basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC repairs as needed.
  • Replace fixtures, blinds, light bulbs, filters, and other apartment components.
  • Inspect completed apartment homes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and report any additional maintenance needs or safety concerns.
  • Maintain organized inventory of make‑ready supplies and materials.
  • Assist with general maintenance requests and property upkeep as needed.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and team members.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous apartment maintenance or make‑ready experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
  • HVAC certification is a plus.
