Multifamily Residential Electrician

Job Summary

The Multifamily Residential Electrician is responsible for installing electrical circuitry and components in new construction apartment and amenity projects.

• Report directly to the Multifamily Superintendent.
• Direct electrical apprentices when required.

• Install boxes, wire, devices, lighting, breakers, and equipment according to the NEC code.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to identify installation layouts.
• Inspect and repair electrical wiring, systems, fixtures, and devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair circuitry and components.
• Maintain safety standards.
• All other duties as assigned by the Multifamily Superintendent.

• Understand local and national regulations for safe electrical systems.
• Ability to read and execute blueprints and technical drawings.
• Self‑motivated and driven to complete job tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Physical dexterity.
• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with others as a team.

• 2-5 years of fast‑paced electrical new construction experience preferred.

• Must possess own hand and power tools to execute electrical jobs.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at times.
