Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is looking for an experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair our fleet of diesel and gas-powered trucks, trailers, and equipment.

• Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, trailers, fleet vehicles, and equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, brake, tire, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot diesel and gas-powered vehicles and equipment
• Inspect, service, and repair small-engine equipment
• Perform DOT inspections and help maintain fleet compliance
• Identify potential mechanical issues before they become costly breakdowns
• Document completed repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment status
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient shop environment
• Monitor and maintain parts and inventory levels
• Coordinate major repairs and specialty work with outside vendors when needed
• Help ensure vehicles and equipment are ready for daily operations

• 3+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic, Fleet Mechanic, Truck Mechanic, or Heavy Equipment Mechanic
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Hands-on experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Basic computer or tablet skills for maintenance documentation
• DOT inspection certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Diesel truck and trailer repair
• Small engine repair and maintenance
• Welding, fabrication, or related mechanical skills
• Experience maintaining commercial or construction fleet equipment

• $32/hour
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Consistent 6:00 AM–3:00 PM workday
