The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $34.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.

The Roadside Technician position is an emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. When a customer experiences a tire failure, a Technician is dispatched to the site to repair or change the tire. Technicians are expected to be on the roadside during job duties. While no service calls are pending, Technicians will help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties.
Experience is not required; the company will provide any necessary training.

Shift information:
This position includes a mandatory on‑call rotation. During assigned on‑call periods, Technicians must respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—at a high rate of acceptance. All after‑hours calls are compensated at a premium rate with guaranteed minimums.

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous commercial service tire experience
What skills will you learn?
- Servicing commercial tires: dismounting, mounting, repairing any type of tire
- Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary
- Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements
- Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all safety policies and procedures
