Position Overview

The Rental Specialist is a hands‑on, multi‑role position responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, equipment readiness, deliveries, and direct customer support. This role is essential to ensuring every rental is clean, organized, on time, and delivered with excellence.

• Warehouse and inventory operations
• Inventory management, tracking, and organization
• Cleaning and inspection of inventory between rental cycles
• Load master responsibilities, including staging, loading, and securing equipment
• Equipment handling and proper storage
• Area and office maintenance to ensure a clean, safe workspace
• Event operations—setting up and tearing down rental equipment such as tables, chairs, tents, and accessories
• Proper placement and professional presentation at event sites
• Transportation and logistics—driving company vehicles, routing deliveries for efficiency, and ensuring on‑time performance
• Safe loading, unloading, and transport of company assets
• Customer service and sales support—assisting customers with rental needs, product questions, and providing friendly professional service on‑site and at the warehouse; supporting basic sales interactions and cash handling as needed

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move rental equipment (tables, chairs, tents, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Previous warehouse, delivery, event, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
