What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support Fulfillment Team Leads and Associates, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Oversee day-to-day fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, staging, shipping, and receiving.
- Manage and monitor customer orders across multiple platforms such as People Vox, Ship Rush, Rithum, and Amazon to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Prioritize workflows and staffing based on order volume to meet or exceed fulfillment performance goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, inventory discrepancies, and damaged goods.
- Review and analyze productivity, accuracy, and operational performance reports.
- Partner with inventory, warehouse supervisors, and other departments to support smooth operations.
- Enforce safety procedures, warehouse organization standards (5S), and proper equipment use.
- Support cross-training efforts and assist in other warehouse areas as business needs require.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Perform assigned warehouse duties while remaining flexible to cross-train and assist in other areas based on business needs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least two (2) years of warehouse experience.
- Forklift certified or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.
- Comfortable using computers and internet-based systems; proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Proven ability to lead, delegate, and work effectively with a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, schedules, and business needs.
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
- $20 - $25/hr
- Day shift - availability to work varied scheduled shifts within the hours of 7:00am to 5:00pm.
