Warehouse Associate - McDonough, GA
We are seeking reliable, motivated team members to join our McDonough fulfillment operation. This role focuses on hands-on order processing, quality control, and supporting daily warehouse activities that keep our customers satisfied and our facility running smoothly.
? Primary Responsibilities
* Perform manual order fulfillment, including case picking, each picking, kitting, lumping, value-added services, and e-commerce order processing.
* Repair & Restore:
Rework and salvage damaged products to give them a second life.
* Conduct visual quality checks to ensure correct product, damage-free condition, proper quantities, and compliance with customer shipping standards.
* Verify customer-specific packaging requirements to prevent supplier penalties.
* Communicate any product defects or missing inventory to management promptly.
* Follow all documented work instructions, processes, and operational guidelines.
* Assist with physical inventory counts as needed.
? Requirements
* Ability to follow oral and written instructions, accept coaching, and communicate respectfully.
* Ability to stand 8-12 hours per day in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Consistently follow the process to log all defects or missing inventory.
* Previous general work experience (warehouse experience a plus).
