North America After Sales Center (NAASC) Packaging Data Entry Clerk is responsible for data entry and ensuring inventory accuracy of packaging materials. Also responsible to monitor the flow of inbound and outbound material required to support the After Sales business.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Key point of contact for Luxottica’s After Sales Packaging Material
  • Ensure inventory accuracy in packaging inventory management system (Canvas)
  • Place packaging material orders in a timely manner to meet demand
  • Receive and put away material in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate and organized email communication to stakeholders
  • Communicate with the After Sales leadership on status, results and issues
  • Flexible to support the business needs; troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Streamline work flow and identify improvement opportunities
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months experience in a distribution center environment
  • Excellent communication skills and organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Access
  • Able to work under deadline request
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self‑motivated
  • Excellent mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to multi‑task and flex between roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Basic knowledge of Access
  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or industry equivalent
  • Customer Experience
