Thursday to Saturday 6pm-6:30am | Pay: $18.50 - $20.00

As a Warehouse Associate at Wayfair, you are the engine of our logistics network, directly responsible for ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly and in perfect condition. This fast‑paced, high‑energy environment involves cross‑training across various fulfillment functions from inbound receipt to final‑mile delivery.

• Handling & movement:
  Safely load, unload, and move large and small furniture orders, including manually lifting items up to 75 lbs unassisted and team‑lifting up to 150 lbs.
• Technology & inventory:
  Use scanners and handheld devices to accurately track, process, and update inventory and order locations across all operational stages.
• Quality & preparation:
  Perform comprehensive quality control tasks such as inspecting, assembling, repackaging, labeling, and sorting products to prevent damage before shipping.
• Safety & teamwork:
  Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Physical capability: ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work a full shift (8+ hours a day) in a dynamic, non‑climate‑controlled warehouse environment; ability to frequently lift and move merchandise up to 75+ lbs unassisted.
• Able to read and comprehend English for safety and communication.
• Preferred experience:
  
  previous warehouse, logistics, or comparable experience;
  High School Diploma or GED is also preferred.
• Technical skills: basic ability to use computers, tablets, and handheld inventory devices.
