The core responsibilities of this role include:
Cycle counting, Count backs, Adjustments, warehouse support

Position:
Group Lead - Inventory control clerk

Shift: Monday - Friday / 6am to 2pm

Pay: $20.75 per hour

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

* 3 years on Stand up, counter balance, pallet jack forklifts.

* 2 years or more leadership experience with small groups

* 1 year or more inventory experience, cycle counting, count backs, adjustments, inventory problem solving.

* 1 year or more JDA, WMS experience.

Role

Purpose:

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped

Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitor's associates' progress

Key Accountabilities:

* Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk.

* Conduct training for new associates.

* Assist in physical inventories.

* Monitor performance of associates within the work group.

* Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.

* Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.

* Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product.

Required

Education and Experience:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* 6 months warehousing and inventory experience

* Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
