Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Overview

Millennium Lighting is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate. The role supports pulling and preparing outbound customer orders, receiving and stocking material, and maintaining a clean, safe facility. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean workspace and participate with the team in keeping the facility safe and accident free.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday 11:00am–7:30pm.

• 0–3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.

Pay Range: $15.61 – $23.41
