Position
Group Lead
- Inventory control clerk
Monday
- Friday / 6am to 2pm
$20.75 per hour
Additional IncentivesAll full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!
Core Responsibilities- Cycle counting
- Count backs
- Adjustments
- Warehouse support
- 3 years on stand up, counter balance, pallet jack forklifts.
- 2 years or more leadership experience with small groups
- 1 year or more inventory experience, cycle counting, count backs, adjustments, inventory problem solving.
- 1 year or more JDA, WMS experience.

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped.
Key Accountabilities- Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk.
- Conduct training for new associates.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
- Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.
- Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
- Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
