Shipping & Receiving Clerk 3 – McDonald, GA

Job Summary: Under the Product Support and Logistics Division, the Shipping & Receiving Clerk oversees the shipping process, verifies product quality, and serves as a contact for international shipping. The role includes training and support for the shipping department.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipping requirements.
• Order filling, processing, storing, picking of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate automated packaging equipment, paint line operation, shipping and receiving.
• Interact with multiple systems.
• Validate accuracy of receipts to supplier packing lists.
• Identify expedited parts and prioritize receipts based on receiving schedules.
• Resolve discrepancies with accounts payable and material coordinators.
• Interact with carriers and schedule outbound loads.
• Coordinate with logistics and external carriers to set up expedited shipments.
• Ensure accurate counts are recorded prior to any movements into or out of finished goods inventory.
• Count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
• Tag or label materials and mark information on cases, bales, or other containers.
• Operate electric hoist, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead cranes to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
• Develop an accident‑free workplace culture and maintain housekeeping excellence.

• Ability to work Monday through Thursday 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Prior distribution center, warehouse and/or order filling experience.
• Knowledge of parts systems, procedures, and operations.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Computer literacy.
• Good attendance record.
• Maintain complete and accurate records.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED, or five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.

Summary Pay Range: $21.38 – $27.31 per hour. Salary is only one component of total compensation.
