- - Responsibilities:
Oversee the team (typically 6-15 associates), coordinating workloads and directing tasks to meet production targets and KPIs;
Drive safety, quality, and efficiency by monitoring workflow and providing real-time feedback;
Conduct pre-shift briefs detailing daily plans and safety topics, lead daily stretches, and ensure SOPs and safety protocols are followed;
Assist in onboarding and training for new and existing associates;
Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues and assist in problem resolution
