Regional Distribution Center Inventory Lead

American Tire Distributors -  - Responsibilities:
Assist Management with day-to-day operations and delegate tasks to team members while maintaining quality and safety;
Conduct daily inventory accuracies and ensure integrity of inventory records;
Manage cycle counts and review inventory discrepancies to locate missing products and replenish shortages;
Train and cross-train new and existing team members on inventory procedures;
Compile process, accuracy, and production reports and communicate findings to inventory supervisor/manager;
Support safety program to maintain a clean and safe working environment;
Collaborate with Supervisors/Managers to discuss goals, attainment, and timelines;
Review storage locations in the inventory system to ensure accurate counting and placement of inventory
