Legacy Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeepe
r to support our client, a company in the agriculture industry specializing in grape farm managemen
t. This position supports operations during peak season and offers a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience in agricultural business operations, with potential for long-term hire.

• Monday – Friday
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Process and manage invoices accurately and timely
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) a
  nd Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
• Assist with basic payroll processing
• Support inventory audits and reconciliation
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with operations teams to support farm management activities

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting support experience preferred
• Experience with invoicing, AP/AR, and basic payroll
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to learn new systems and processes (training provided)
• Dependable and able to meet deadlines
