Assist Store Manager, as directed, in ensuring the financial integrity of the store through strict cash accountability, key control, and adherence to company security practices and cash control procedures.;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various planning and order tools.;
Assist Store Manager, as directed, in training assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness, and pricing standards for all perishable areas.;
Train assigned associates in proper stocking and rotation of Perishable products and in safe handling of food.;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences; train in proper grading and re-packaging standards to minimize markdowns..
