Dedicated Local CDL-A Driver - Shafter Distribution Hub
WHAT YOU GET:

Schedule:
Local routes throughout SoCal starting from Shafter, CA dispatch window). - True Work-Life Balance: 2 consecutive days off every week (Mon/Tue, Tue/Wed, Wed/Thu, or Thu/Fri schedules).
- 100% No-Touch Freight: 10-15 total stops per week (~2-3 per load) with empty/return backhauls.
- Strong Income Potential: Average $1,280/week (~$66,500/yr) with top drivers making $1,620/week (~$84,200/yr). Features band pay, mileage rates up to $0.505 CPM, $15/stop pay, detention pay, and safe/on-time bonuses.

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Current Class A CDL with 3 months experience in the last 36 months.
- Passing results on DOT physical, hair follicle, and urine drug testing.

- Open availability for weekend shifts.
