Assistant Department Manager

Site One -  -  - Responsibilities:
Respond to basic and more complex customer questions concerning product in all areas;
Resolve a variety of customer service issues, make recommendations for substitutions, and process sales transactions;
Manage department inventory through cycle counts and identification of demand changes;
Perform administrative functions for the department, including but not limited to: product receiving, purchase orders, product transfers and defective goods disposition;
Create a positive environment for associates which encourages teamwork and assist less experienced staff in meeting customer service and satisfaction goals
