Castle Autoplex, McHenry is seeking a BDC Representative to improve the customer experience from the first contact. You will answer calls, handle inquiries by phone, email, and live chat, and schedule sales appointments.
You’ll use a CRM daily, follow up on leads, and collaborate with sales and management. Eligible candidates have prior BDC or call center experience, a positive attitude, strong computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is $16-$18 per hour.
