Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Service Representative for Urology in McHenry. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position handles patient check-in/check-out, registration, and front-desk duties at the McHenry clinic with occasional travel to Huntley.
You will collect co-pays, post payments, and assist patients with appointments while delivering courteous service in line with our mission and ethics. A high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of customer service experience are required.
