- Current and Valid Illinois Psychologist Endorsement.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Able to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
190 Day – Full Time

Minimum Qualifications /Required Skills- Current and Valid Illinois Psychologist Endorsement.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Able to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.
- Provide support services to elementary school students.
- Coordinate or serve as a member of a diagnostic team and educational planning and placement committee.
- Provide psychological and sociological assessment information related to planning for children with special education needs.
- Perform casework services with parents as an integral part of assisting student. Increase parents understanding and participation in resolving their child's needs and informing them of appropriate resources available.
- Responsible for writing and implementing individual education plans and have familiarity with response to intervention.
- Maintain accurate and timely records for the purpose of monitoring student progress.
- Assess student progress towards targets and standards for the purpose of providing feedback to students, parents and administration throughout the learning process.
- Communicate and collaborate with instructional staff, school personnel, parents and a variety of community resources for the purpose of improving the overall quality of student outcomes.
- Understanding of various formal and informal assessment strategies and uses them to support the continuous development of students.
- Perform such other appropriate duties as may be assigned by the building Principal.
- Salary will be commensurate with professional training and experience according to salary schedule.
