  • Troubleshoot electrical equipment issues within supported renewable energy facilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—such as civil and structural engineers—and remotely coordinate with colleagues across multiple offices.
  • Conduct due diligence, feasibility, conceptual design studies, and inverter-based resource (I ) interconnection studies; prepare utility master plan reports.
  • Participate in project management tasks, including client meetings, system design coordination, equipment selection, technical specification development, shop drawing review, and construction administration.

  • Travel occasionally for client meetings, field reviews, and project assignments, with flexibility to work extended hours when project deadlines require.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by market principals and project managers.

  • Knowledge of CDGES software; experience with GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) and Synergi is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize, handle conflicting deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screening, and MVR review as applicable.
