Quality Engineer

We’re looking for a proactive quality professional to support supplier quality, customer quality issues, and internal warehouse operations
, ensuring products and processes consistently meet quality standards.

• Lead supplier quality activities, including NCRs, CAPA, and corrective actions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues and returns
• Investigate and resolve quality concerns, including on‑site customer visits
• Manage non‑conforming material and oversee quarantine processes
• Partner with warehouse and supply chain teams to support inspections, inventory, and logistics quality
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide quality reporting to leadership
• Support new product introductions (NPI) for U.S. customers

• Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
• 2–5 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role (manufacturing or industrial preferred)
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001
  , NCRs, CAPA, and root cause analysis
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and suppliers
• Ability to travel occasionally for customer site visits
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality‑related tools

Compensation: $80-100k
