Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in McHenry, IL is looking to hire a full-time Parts Manager to work Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 5:30PM.

- Takes full responsibility of the parts staff and results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies and procedures.
- Reviews schedule for possible vacancies and possible changes
- In this role, the person is expected to handle sales and parts requests for walk in and call-in customers as needed.
- Handle complex or pressing customer needs.
- Handling and managing customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Investigate, receive, and support customer parts requests.
- Document transactions that occur with customers in a manner that assures proper follow up and achieves customer satisfaction.
- Assist the materials department with the project to label all parts and improve the organization in the parts department.
- Work with the production team to assure that they can obtain the parts that they need from the parts department in a timely manner.
- Order parts and manage inventory as requested.
- Maintain parts pricing.
- Maintains a good working relationship with the Installers and Parts Department, Salesmen and Customers.

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
