Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will guide borrowers through the mortgage loan process, assess creditworthiness, and recommend appropriate loan products. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, providing financial advice, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring timely loan approvals. The Loan Officer will also collaborate with internal teams to maintain clear communication and a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications- Proficiency in loan processing, credit analysis, and financial planning
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing loan transactions
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
- Experience using loan processing and CRM software is a plus
- Relevant licensure or certifications, including an active state loan officer license
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
