Overview
Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a part-time opportunity? Inspired Homecare is seeking Home Health OTs for immediate openings. This per-diem position offers flexibility to create your own schedule and supports a good work-life balance. Our team of therapists is dedicated to making a difference in patients' lives.
Responsibilities- Provide in-home occupational therapy services, including evaluations, assessments, and development of personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Schedule is based on therapist availability with flexibility to visit patients in their homes.
- Deliver therapy sessions addressing patients unique needs and goals.
- Experience working in home health
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as HCHB (Homecare Homebase) for documentation and communication
- Ability to travel to different locations throughout the day
- Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
