Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for rehabilitation services in Decatur, IL. The role involves working with a wide range of patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, focusing on various post-operative and musculoskeletal conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct case management and build patient caseloads
• Perform evaluations and assessments such as fall risk and musculoskeletal evaluations

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience preferred
• Proficiency in orthopedic skills including management of conditions like Achilles tendonitis, rotator cuff repair, and rheumatoid arthritis
