We are seeking a Part‑Time/PRN Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) to join our compassionate home care team in McHenry County, IL.

• Provide routine, individualized personal care in patients’ homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
• Provide basic health‑related tasks such as medication reminders and bandage changes (as permitted)
• Support patient comfort, safety, and daily living needs
• Educate family members on proper care techniques when appropriate
• Follow the established plan of care and agency guidelines
• Maintain patient confidentiality and a safe home environment

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
• Home health, hospice, or related caregiver experience
• Compassionate, patient‑centered approach
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Ability to handle the physical aspects of caregiving
