Salary Range: $22.00 To $24.00 hourly

As the lead caregiver, you will be the residents’ “go‑to” person with the ultimate responsibility for making their day. You will provide personal care, social and recreational activities, meal service, and medication assistance while supporting residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality. You will help lead the caregiving team, mentor, support, and communicate with all levels of the community.

• One year of experience in a health care environment or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• One year of supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
