CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a motivated PTA to join our therapist‑led team. If you're passionate about working with older adults and want to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity.

• SNF experience or interest in learning
