InHome Therapy is seeking a home health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to serve adult and geriatric patients in Lake County, IL.

• Mileage reimbursement and equipment to reduce travel time.
• Paid training and ongoing mentorship.
• Visit rate: $39–$55 per visit.
• Tablet with data plan provided.
• Potential access to medical benefits, PTO, 401(k), life and disability coverage, and an Employee Assistance Program based on hours worked.

• Provide home‑health physical therapy services under PT supervision.
• Visit adult and geriatric patients at home to help them regain strength and function.
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided).
• Serve as a positive part of patients’ days.

• Active PTA license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).
