Thresholds is seeking a Team Leader, Living Room to oversee the Living Room team within the McHenry Crisis Response program. This role reports to the Program Director and acts as the senior manager or “player coach” to ensure quality service delivery to guests.
The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology and 1–2 years of clinical leadership experience. Proficiency with EMR and strong interpersonal skills are required.
