Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapist-led team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. If you're passionate about working with older adults and want to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment, this opportunity offers stability, teamwork, and meaningful patient care.

What You Bring:

• SNF experience preferred
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with Net Health is a plus; training is available
